Summary
A Kenyan teenage boy complaining of stomach pains discovered he was actually a girl when he was taken to a hospital in Nairobi and found out the pains were menstrual cramps. After finding out he had a vagina covered by a membrane, he underwent a sex change operation, making it only the second such operation ever conducted in Kenya.
