Summary
AANR has been distributing lapel pins to lawmakers at the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) for over two decades, aiming to provide a valuable opportunity to educate new lawmakers and staff about nude recreation and gain useful background information about issues that may be simmering. The practice was initiated in response to the changing landscape of disclosure laws and has evolved over the years into a tradition and a means of celebrating design, credibility through stability, and making a point.
