Summary
After one member's efforts to stage a clothing-optional demonstration were denied, another member, Marv, took over and requested approval for the protest. Despite the state eventually allowing the demonstration, it was subjected to various restrictions. Marv then sued the Division of Recreation and Parks, challenging a provision in the Florida Administrative Code that was used to prohibit nudity in state parks, and though the lawsuit did not end in his favor, Marv still considered pursuing an appeal.
